The company Planted has set a new Guinness record with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up hosted the spectacle as part of the opening ceremony of its production facility in Kempthal, Switzerland, and produced a 119-metre-long vegan escalope based on pea protein - this is more than 11 metres longer than the previous record escalope.
