PLANTED sets new Guinness World Record

Monday 30 August 2021. Planted has set the new GUINNESS WORLD RECORD with its plant-based schnitzel. The Swiss start-up Planted hosted the spectacle as part of the opening ceremony of its production in Kempthal. A 119-metre long vegan schnitzel was produced on a pea protein basis. More than 11 metres longer than the previous record holder.
