Preparation

Preparation
  1. Wash the arugula. Peel the mango and cut into thin slices. Chop the walnuts with a knife.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry the planted.pulled BBQ in it.
  3. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together.
  4. Spread the arugula, mango, pomegranate seeds, olives and walnuts on a large plate. Add the planted.pulled BBQ. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and add it as well.
  5. Spread the dressing over the salad and serve with fresh bread.
