head white cabbage, cut into thin strips

tbsp vegan mayo

tbsp vegan sour cream

Preparation

Preparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the coleslaw: White cabbage, carrots, vegan mayo, vegan sour cream, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the planted.pulled BBQ in a pan.
  3. Top the burger buns with: a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, about 3 tbsp planted.pulled and 3 tbsp coleslaw. Place the top of the burger bun on top. Repeat for the other 3 burgers.
