Preparation

Preparation
  1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and fry the planted.kebab original in two portions until crispy (if the pan is too full, the planted.kebab original will not crisp up properly).
  2. For the yoghurt sauce, mix everything together and season with salt and chilli.
  3. Toast the pita rolls. Cut lettuce, red cabbage and tomatoes into strips or slices.
  4. Fill the pita with planted.kebab Original and ingredients of your choice as well as the yoghurt sauce. Optional: Garnish with coriander.
