Preparation

  1. Wash rice well and prepare according to package instructions.
  2. Wash and finely chop the cilantro and mix into the finished rice together with the juice of the lime.
  3. Peel the pineapple and onion and cut into small pieces. Put everything together in a bowl.
  4. Wash the cilantro, chop finely and add together with the juice of the lime and the rest of the ingredients for the dressing. Mix well and set aside. Be sure to adjust the spiciness to your liking.
  5. Add the BBQ pulled to a pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add lime juice and pepper to taste.
  6. Then serve the finished rice with the planted pulled BBQ and pineapple salsa and garnish with sesame seeds.
