cornflour

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
  2. Coat the planted.chicken pieces first in the dry mix and then in the wet mix.
  3. Fry the pieces in oil until crispy and dry them on a paper towel.
  4. Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and warm it up until thickened.
  5. Mix the sauce with the planted.chicken pieces and serve with rice.
