One-Pot Gnocchi with Asparagus Cream Sauce

clove of garlic

green asparagus
salt & pepper to taste
1 dl
vegan cream
Some oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the pressed garlic clove and planted.pulled Spicy Herbs. Sauté briefly.
  2. Add the gnocchi and fry for about 4 minutes.
  3. Cut the asparagus into pieces (remove the lower wooden part) and add to the gnocchi. Fry for approx. 5min and season with salt & pepper as required.
  4. Add the vegan cream and heat through.
