planted.pulled BBQ

large red onion

cherry tomatoes

chives
Some pepper & salt

Preparation

  1. Roll out the tarte flambée dough and place on a baking tray.
  2. Spread with crème fraîche.
  3. Cut the onion into rings and place on top.
  4. Spread the planted.pulled BBQ over it. Halve the tomatoes and place them on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the tarte flambée in the oven according to the instructions on the dough.
  6. Remove, sprinkle with some chives and cut into pieces.
