Vegetables of your choice for topping (we used bok choy and carrots)
Sesame seeds & Chili Flakes

Preparation

  1. Fry the white part of the spring onion together with the minced garlic and ginger with a bit of oil.
  2. When the spring onions are translucent, add your curry paste of choice and fry for 1 more minute.
  3. Add coconut milk and vegetable broth and let it boil down until it thickens up a bit.
  4. In the meanwhile fry the planted.duck and cook your udon noodles according to packaging.
  5. Serve: Poor the broth in a bowl, add udon noodles and top with planted.duck, vegetables (we used bock choy and carrots) as well as the green part of the spring onion, some sesame seeds and chili flakes.
