Preparation

  1. Cut the wrap in half at the bottom. Fill each quarter of the wrap with a different filling.
  2. Sprinkle vegan cheese on the bottom left of the first quarter.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork and top the second quarter with it.
  4. Briefly fry planted.chicken Lemon & Herb and place on top right quarter.
  5. Spread the lower right quarter with vegan crème fraîche and top with halved cherry tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle a little lime juice and salt over everything.
  7. Now fold: Fold the bottom left quarter upwards. Now fold to the right and place on the next quarter. Then fold over the right side again.
  8. Fry the wrap again briefly on both sides in the frying pan.
