tbsp maple syrup

tsp. sesame oil

Preparation

Preparation
  1. Finely grate the garlic and mix with the other ingredients for the marinade.
  2. Add planted.chicken to the marinade, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 12 hours.
  3. Heat 2 teaspoons of peanut oil in a frying pan, remove planted.chicken from marinade and fry over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Cook the noodles in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the water and rinse the pasta with cold water.
  5. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped spring onions (set green ends aside for later).
  6. Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry briefly over a medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. Then add the noodles to the pan and stir-fry briefly over high heat.
  8. Add planted.chicken and remaining marinade and heat through.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and the remaining spring onions.
