wholemeal tortilla wraps

handful of lettuce or spinach
some oil for the pan
some salt & pepper

  1. Heat some olive oil in the pan. Stir-fry the onions, carrots, potatoes and peppers for about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, remove.
  2. Heat a little olive oil and fry the planted.chicken until hot. Season with salt and pepper, remove.
  3. Add Oatly Oat Cuisine and Sriracha Sauce to the pan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat, add planted.chicken, mix and simmer briefly.
  4. Spread the filling in the bottom third of the tortilla wraps and roll up tightly. Fry the wraps briefly on all sides, cut open and serve.
