Fresh summer salad

Ingredients

2 Portions

160 g planted.chicken nature
2 nectarines
2 handfuls of raspberries
1 avocado
Various leaf salads
1 small red onion

 

For the salad dressing

1.5 tbsp raspberry jam
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar dark
1 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper

Preparation

For the raspberry dressing, mix the jam with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Season with garlic powder and a little salt and pepper and set aside.

Season the planted.chicken with a little salt and pepper and fry in olive oil until crispy. Wash the lettuce, chop the nectarine, red onion and avocado.

Serve everything together with the dressing and enjoy.
