Preparation

  1. Fry the planted.chicken over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides and keep warm.
  2. Finely dice 50g cucumber. Mix all the ingredients for the tzatziki.
  3. Halve the tomato and cut into thin slices.
  4. Halve the remaining cucumber and cut into thin slices.
  5. Cut the red onion into fine rings.
  6. Pluck the herbs and cress.
  7. Toast the pita bread and spread with the vegan tzatziki.
  8. Top the pita bread with planted.chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Garnish with chilli flakes, herbs and cress.
  9. Fold the pita bread and serve.
  10. Serving tip: Serve with crispy chips and dips.
