Fresh lettuce leaves

Sliced tomatoes (about 200g)

Preparation

Raita
  1. In a bowl, combine vegan yogurt, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, chopped mint leaves, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
  2. Refrigerate the raita for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Naan
  1. Heat the vegan naan according to the package instructions or prepare homemade naan.
  2. Once heated, set aside and keep warm.
planted.chicken Skewers Tikka
  1. Heat a couple of spons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the skewers and gently cook for ca. 2min per side.
Wrap assembly
  1. Take a piece of warm naan and place a few lettuce leaves in the center.
  2. Drizzle with the prepared raita.
  3. Top with some sliced red onions, a few slice of tomatoes, and fresh cilantro.
  4. Place the skewer on the naan, remove the wood stick,
  5. Fold the naan to form a wrap, securing the edges.
