350g planted.chicken nature
1 tablespoon oil, high heat
little salt
1 L water
7 OM* Oswald Bami & Nasi Goreng Mix Natural Treasures (80 g)
300g dry rice
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
100g mung bean sprouts

*1 OM = 1 Oswald measuring spoon


  1. Sear the planted.chicken in a hot frying pan with oil, salt lightly and keep warm.
  2. In a pan, bring the water, Bami&Nasi Goreng powder and dry rice to the boil and cook for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, roughly chop the parsley.
  3. Then add the planted.chicken into the rice and cook on a low heat for another 5 minutes until the rice is cooked.
  4. Before serving, mix in the mung bean sprouts and parsley and serve.
