BBQ Marinade for planted.steak

Ingredients

1 tbsp
BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp
vinegar
1 tsp
Dijon mustard
1 tbsp
soy sauce
2 tbsp
olive oil
1/2 tsp
chiliflakes

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk.
Assemble & bake
  1. Take the steaks out of the bag and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Let it at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  3. You can now either leave the steak as a whole piece or cut it length by half or cut cubes and do a skewer.
  4. For all versions: season the steak slightly with salt and brush it with a bit of vegetable oil.
  5. Grill the steak on high heat until you have nice grillmarks on the steak.
  6. 2 minutes before the steak is finished brush some marinade on the steak and turn it quickly so that the marinade doesn’t burn.
  7. Repeat this step 2 - 3 times or until you have a nice caramalized surface of the steak / skewer.
Serve
  1. Take it off the grill and brush a bit more marinade and finish with some chili flakes If you like it more spicy. Enjoy.
